A Squad's will be considered 100% registered once the registration form has been completed, payment has been made, and all coaches' rosters have been uploaded to the tournament manager.

When registration opens, only the Squad Captain needs to complete the registration form.

Their spot will be reserved for 15 days, during which they must pay the registration fee. After those 15 days, the reservation will be forfeited.

Included in the registration:

6 rounds of play.

Pair of dice.

IberiCup Mascot Token.

IberiCup 2026 Badge.

Personalized pairing card.

IberiCup Patch (only for Squads that bring ALL of their teams fully painted).

Fruit, pastries, and coffee on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Snacks throughout the tournament.

Saturday lunch (to be confirmed).

Entry into all prize draws (only for Squads that bring ALL of their teams fully painted).

Registration Process

• August 26: Rules published. The team-building format, events, etc. may still be subject to some adjustments.

• September 1 (10:00 AM): Pre-registration. A registration form will be published on this website. Once the Squad Captain completes the pre-registration form, you will receive an email confirming whether you have been placed on the waiting list or have secured a spot, along with the payment details. You will have 15 days to pay the €130 registration fee per Squad and continue with the registration process; otherwise, the spot will be offered to the next Squad on the list.

• October 1st: Format confirmed. From this date onwards, the team-building format, events, etc. will no longer be modified.

• December 13th*: Rosters (Races). All members of the Squad must have uploaded their roster to the tournament manager. Rosters may still be modified, provided the Race remains unchanged.

• January 3rd*: Roster lock. From this date onwards, rosters may no longer be modified.

• January 13th*: Rosters released.

• January 15th*: Squad pairings.

• January 16th–17th: IberiCup 2027!
